On-Site Application System
We have a full team to execute the supply and installation of the on-site casting system. There are multiple systems available.
First System:
EPDM Playground Flooring
Rubber flooring is installed under children's playground equipment in parks to prevent injuries, thanks to its shock-absorbing properties and high flexibility. It is installed using German machines or manually, depending on the site conditions, and under the supervision of highly trained technicians.
Second System:
Acrylic Flooring
We carry out all acrylic flooring works, both external and internal, for tennis, handball, volleyball, football, and basketball courts, using the finest certified European materials in a variety of colors.
Third System:
Vinyl Flooring
A self-leveling layer is applied to the concrete floor with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, followed by the installation of vinyl rolls with adhesive.
Fourth System:
Rubber Flooring for Indoor (Covered) and Outdoor Halls
We supply and install rubber flooring for outdoor courts with a thickness ranging from 10 mm to 15 mm (PU Sports Floor) on a smooth cement surface.
Primer Layer: A polyurethane primer is applied to fill the surface pores of the concrete floor, using a sufficient amount to seal the surface's porosity.
Rubber Granule Layer: A layer of black rubber granules with a thickness of 10 to 13 mm, mixed with adhesive material (polyurethane binder).
Polyurethane Self-Leveling Layer: A grey self-leveling polyurethane compound is used to seal the pores of the rubber granules layer.
Dense Polyurethane Layer: A solid polyurethane layer with a thickness of 2 mm, made from a solvent-free polyurethane compound, is applied to create a non-permeable, flexible surface in the desired color.
Anti-Slip Topcoat: A light anti-slip polyurethane coating is sprayed on the surface for protection and roughness, in the desired color.
Polyurethane Coating for Court Marking: A glossy, UV-resistant polyurethane compound (PU) is applied for court markings in the desired color.
Marking Layout: The markings can be for individual or multiple games, depending on the client's request.
